Eileen Arnold I was experiencing pain with any amount of sitting, especially while driving. I couldn’t go to the movies and even the thought of a road trip or flying to visit family was out of the question. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner.

I was suffering from severe pain in my lower back. The pain got worse over the course of 6 years, and was only controlled by taking an excess of 300mg of morphine daily. I was unable to walk much less participate in any “activities” other than sedentary ones. Before seeking treatment with SpinalAid Centers, I sought the advice of pain specialists – had injections into my spine and hips and was taking 60mg of morphine 3-4 times per day along with Vicodin and other pain killers.

I began treatment in August 2005 after seeing an ad in the Sunday paper. The staff in the office is phenomenal!! There was never a time when I felt there was a lack of caring or understanding. Since the first time I was on “the machine” I have had minimal pain. I am able to walk, hike, shop, eat meals out in restaurants, travel and ride in cars for long periods of time and most importantly, sleep without pain!

I would say to anyone hesitant to start the non-surgical decompression program that if you are fortunate enough to qualify physically for this- you need to make a way to do it. You will never experience better relief.

Now, I am able to do more of things that I want to do and I am less of a burden on my family and friends to do everyday chores like going out to get the newspaper in the morning. I can sum it up in three words: I’m walking again!! After you’ve been in this program for a while you’ll ask yourself, “Why did I wait so long?”

I wanted to let you know how I am doing since I completed the spinal decompression program 10 months ago. Maybe by telling you what I have been doing you will know how delighted I am that I did complete the treatment.

Cynthia Combs Before coming to SpinalAid Centers of America, I had been experiencing severe pain in my right hip, leg and foot. Day by day for about three to four weeks, the pain started to become worse and eventually even strong pain relievers failed to help. Soon, only taking Percocet helped to relieve the pain which unfortunately made it so that I could no longer drive and therefore I was unable to work. After about a month, I felt like I was not getting any answers from anyone about how to get better and I was not “Ok” with learning to live with the pain and rely on Percocet.

I saw an advertisement in the newspaper about Spinal Decompression, which I had heard a little bit about from relatives who had experienced it back home. I began treatment about a month ago and after 3 treatments, I started to feel my toes again (which previously were totally numb) and I was off of Percocet! After about 8 sessions I was able to return to work and my pain level went from unbearable to very manageable. I was able to experience joy and happiness again in my life and after 12 sessions I was back to working fulltime. I can now park further away from buildings and enjoy walking in, and I am able to attend events in the evening and weekends that before I could not enjoy due to the need for continuous standing.

Spinal Decompression really works. It is amazing to me that I am now free of pain and only after a few treatments. I would say to anyone considering surgery to stop, and not take that route if you can have your life back so quickly with this option – it’s great!

Kevin Basham Since even existing became extremely painful, I was very frustrated and not a very fun person to be around. My whole life was different. Everything I enjoyed, woodworking, basketball, golf, dancing with my wife, roughhousing with my kids, was almost completely out of the question. With an 86% success rate I had to try just for the chance to get my life back!

Julie Helmer When I was 13 years-old I was thrown from a horse and broke my tail bone causing me to suffer from back and neck pain, as well as sciatica for the rest of my life. The pain caused me to give up golf, racquetball, squash, so many of the things that I loved to do. The constant pain in my low back also made “simple things” like dressing myself and sleeping difficult. I even had to cut way back on my workouts at the gym.

My chiropractor referred me to Summit Chiropractic and SpinalAid Centers of America specifically for Spinal Decompression therapy. I began care just two months ago and now I am pain free most days and able to resume all the activities that I love to do! I sleep better, have more energy and I am going to the gym 5-7 days per week! Best of all I can get dressed and enjoy a relaxing bath again without pain.

This procedure was unknown to me so I had plenty of questions about it. The whole staff was kind and friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the treatment completely. A more professional staff you will not find anywhere else.

Don’t be afraid because you may be unfamiliar with this type of therapy. It beats surgery and is worth every minute and dollar spent!

Thank you all for making my life pain free!

Pete Costa About a year and a half ago I noticed mild “jolts” of pain in my left hip area. Eventually I had shooting pain down both legs. I didn’t feel like doing anything or going anywhere. Even walking became extremely difficult. I tried osteopathic manipulation and 4 epidural spinal injections in 6 months.

Then I saw an ad in the newspaper for Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression. The pain started diminishing the first week I started having sessions on the decompression table. By the 4th week the pain had decreased at least 90%! It’s been three months now since I started care. Not only am I able to walk without pain, the mobility of my entire body is better than it has been for a long long time.

The decompression treatment is painless and positive results begin almost immediately. The doctor and all the Spinal Aid staff I came in contact with are very professional and concerned individuals who do not hesitate to give 110% effort to improve the health and well being of their patients.

Rai Henniger I have lived with low back pain and stiffness since 1986. The pain has limited my ability to do even household chores like washing the dishes and folding clothes. I curtailed all my sports activities that involved twisting my back such as softball, golf and tennis. I had a “successful” microdiscectomy in 1989 and I tried to manage my pain by taking 800mg of ibuprofen for several weeks prior to my consultation with SpinalAid. I began care 3 months ago and am now pain free! I am able to participate in sports again (I even won our office softball with a game-ending home run!) and I’ve got my upright posture back. No more looking like a crooked old man!

I would strongly recommend a consultation with the SpinalAid doctors, and if the decompression program is a good fit for you – definitely get in for treatment! The half hour treatments were so relaxing, I could visualize the healing process at work as the decompression in my lumbar area was treated. The staff was so thoughtful and attentive – they wanted my back to heal as much as I did! Great people who have great caring for you.

Randy Retz For about 5 years I had been suffering with cramping and tightness in my right hip and leg. The pain and cramping became worse overtime to the point where I felt it was uncontrollable. It affected my mood and I was unable to complete normal activities. I tried acupuncture and traditional chiropractic care without any long-term relief.

I saw an ad in the paper for Spinal Decompression therapy and decided to give it a try. I began care a couple months ago. My pain has dropped over 90%! Now, my bowling has not improved (but I was never any good anyway) and my fishing is about the same, but I feel good enough to tackle mountain climbing next!

The staff is great. I would tell anyone thinking about starting Spinal Decompression therapy to try it – you’ll like it!
