 A Year Later...
I wanted to let you know how I am doing since I completed the spinal decompression program 10 months ago. Maybe by telling you what I have been doing you will know how delighted I am that I did complete the treatment. I have been thinning trees, doing my own housework, playing with my dog, taking long, comfortable car rides, meeting friends for long get-togethers, exercising daily and planning a plane trip that I do not dread. I could not have done these things before without a great deal of pain and discomfort.
The pain you took away has not returned after 10 months, not even the pain in my neck, which you said you could do nothing about. I no longer fear that any movement is going to cause severe pain. But, I am also very cautious how I treat my back. Yes, I remember to drink lots of water.
My friends and family are delighted with my new disposition because I am no longer “dopey” on pain pills and am more involved in everything. The other members at the Curves facility often comment on the difference they see in the way I move. I love hearing these comments. Needless to say, I am constantly telling everyone about this wonderful treatment and where they can get it.
After spending tens of thousands of dollars on other treatments and medications that either did nothing or very little and didn’t last, the minimal investment in the spinal decompression treatment was worth every penny. I would strongly encourage those who are suffering to make this investment in their future life style.
